Every once in a while, a new way of doing things comes along that is so much better that it has to get added to your repertoire right away.
The Uno Reverse Card Escape vs the knee ride is one such technique!
You start on the bottom of the knee ride, unable to breathe as your opponent spears his weight into your diaphragm…
…then, a few simple moves later, you spin into a leglock and/or take his back.
It’s elegant, it’s effective, and if it’s broken down correctly for you, then it’s much easier to do than it looks. Check it out below!
P.S. This technique is an excerpt from No Gi Pin Escapes, the brand new instructional on the completely overhauled and modernised Grapplearts online area.
